By creating an account, submitting a listing, or otherwise using 559classifieds.com (“the Site”), operated by 559 Digital LLC, part of the 559 Network, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. What This Platform Is
559classifieds.com is a free, community-driven classifieds platform serving the Central Valley (559 area code region). We provide the space for listings; we are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers, and we do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, safety, or legality of any listing.
3. User Responsibilities
By submitting a listing, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent/guardian)
- All information in your listing is accurate and not misleading
- You have the legal right to sell, rent, or advertise the item or service listed
- You will conduct transactions honestly and in good faith
4. Prohibited Listings
The following are not permitted on 559classifieds.com:
- Illegal goods or services of any kind
- Weapons, ammunition, or explosives
- Drugs or drug paraphernalia
- Stolen property
- Counterfeit goods
- Adult or sexually explicit content
- Content that is discriminatory, harassing, or hateful
- Scams, pyramid schemes, or fraudulent offers
- Any listing that violates local, state, or federal law
We reserve the right to remove any listing, at any time, for any reason, without notice.
5. Account Suspension & Removal
We may suspend or terminate any user account that:
- Violates these Terms
- Is reported and confirmed as fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of prohibited categories
- Engages in repeated policy violations after warning
6. No Warranty
The Site and all listings are provided “as is.” We make no warranty regarding the accuracy of listings, the conduct of users, or the outcome of any transaction. Buyers and sellers transact at their own risk. We strongly recommend meeting in safe, public locations for in-person exchanges and using caution with any payment requested in advance.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 559 Digital LLC and the 559 Network are not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from:
- Transactions between users
- Inaccurate or misleading listings
- Any interaction, meeting, or exchange arranged through the Site
8. Reporting Listings
If you encounter a listing that violates these Terms, please report it using the report function on the listing page, or contact us directly at report@559online.com.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
